Terrible customer service! If you're a local business owner on the go, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY because the customer service reps lack basic knowledge about their products and simply will keep directing you to their website instead of being helpful. If your employees aren't knowledgeable about your products or what you keep in stock, they shouldn't be working in a customer service capacity. We dont always have time to peruse your website - sometimes we need quick answers when time is of the essence.

Good prices, but dang are they slow. Both times Ive been here, 45mins to pull a sheet of plastic. There must be 15 different screens they have to go to for each order.
