Chipotle Mexican Grill

WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM, I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND MY ORDER WAS LOST, I SHOWED THEM MY RECIEPT AND THEY STILL GAVE A HARD TIME. I HAD TO PAY AGAIN!! ALSO TRIED TALKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME !! FOOD IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE EMPLOYEES AT CHIPOTLE ARE TRASHHHHHH!

Ive tried this location about 4 or 5 times. Almost every time I have gone here. Either my order isnt ready on time or their system doesnt recognize my order. I had to show my DoorDash order form as well as a bank statement. Then I was instructed to wait in line and place my order again after already waiting 25 minutes. Please fix your software or troubleshoot this issue.

First time at this location. They were fairly efficient. Didn't see much changing of the gloves but they were wearing them. Food was cooked well, and unlike the Midtown location, I didn't get sick. Haven't trusted them in months due to a few bad experiences at other locations. This one seemed to have together.

For the price of product, I always expected a better service than a Taqueria but at this location, service is horrible, the other day I was in line and an employee completely ignored me and went on to ask the person after me what they will like, she even said he is first.... it was very obvious he was ignoring the fact that I was next, I still don't understand why this kind of bad service but unfortunately you are the closest Chipotle to us..... please get better workers, we pay for better service, it is not a favor you are doing..... it has been always a bad experience with this location, you can do better but starts from the top....

Disastrous service. My husband ordered a burrito with pollo asado. When they were about to serve the chicken he noticed that there was barely any left and what was left was dry and sticking to the sides of the pot. He told the server before she served it about it, but she paid no attention and scrapped the sides of the pot to get half-portion worth of chicken. My husband told her to put a little more chicken, since there was hardly any chicken in his plate. She said there was no more chicken ready and that we would have to wait until they cooked more. He told her to simply put a bit if some other meat to complete the plate, since we didn't have time to wait. She then said that he would have to pay extra for that. This was not right, since he was not getting his full portion to begin with. I suggested to her to make a new plate for him, since she couldn't make the one he ordered to begin with. She was very rude and dismissive and said he'd have to go to the back of the line. At this point we walked out. I had already had my food made and was waiting to pay for it. They lost 2 customers because they couldn't accomodate a reasonable request driven by their own poor service. This is the second time we have a bad experience at this Chipotle location. Never coming back.
