Chipotle Mexican Grill

I'm disappointed to see that the rest room at this particular Chipotle is still closed even to it's customers , that being cruel . It should be accessible to the customers at least .

Portions extremely small when compared to other chipotle restaurants. Language barrier made it difficult to communicate with servers. Staff was rude. Finally, they did not have spoons.

i give it ah 4 star is good the food but for some reason lately is too much seasoning and less portion and it seems they always have an attitude..

Kimberlyn was the most rude grumpy manager/ cashier, dry attitude , mono tone like hurry up Im inconveniencing her as our order is taken, I go to pay look up shes gone , not a single word and I dont even have all my order , but she can smile from a distance to the line worker when making smart comments, the entire restaurant had trash on the floors and trash cans havent been changed the entire day with no clean tables and no place for trash and it wasnt after a normal rush hour either, the pinto beans and black beans literally looked they sat the entire day so it did not look like food was being turned out , had no red salsa , no chicken , like dirty empty bins as if filled once for the day and thats it, Im upset to even spend the inflated 60$ on such a bad experience, I will never ever go to this location again, we come to the galleria for LV and Chanel and will definitely be skipping them- I would look for new management Im just saying ..I was a fool to see the product , accept the demeanor and even stay and eat but its my sons favorite place, I cant explain in words how bad it was
