Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered 3 hard shell tacos (each taco a different meat - pollo asado, barbacoa, and carnitas) and was charged for a pollo asado bowl, and charged extra meat for barbacoa and extra meat for carnitas. In the end I was charged $17.43 for THREE TACOS! First off, I was charged for a bowl NOT tacos! I usually love going to Chipotle, but this experience was extremely discouraging and disappointing.

Good place to go if you're in a hurry. Customer service could have been better. The lady behind the counter seemed like she hated her job.

These people didnt talk to you when you order. Look like they hate their job. Ordered to eat there and not Togo and they didnt give me a tray or basket. Asked for black beans and was given pinto beans. The card machine didnt work and they didnt say anything just rudely pointed to it. It wasnt busy at all also.

So, I've been to this location multiple times. not the worst location i have visited. but not the best either. No issues really with the customer service, I have had many issues with the quantity of food. BUT today, I have decided I will not be going back to this location. I ordered online and mid meal discovered this bug in my food. i got sick and i will not be visiting this location again. definitely looks like some deep cleaning is in order. maybe the health department needs to look into this location. Im going to call to speak to a manager and calling the health department.

Lines were long during weekday lunch hours, however they moved fast, and I never saw anyone not able to find a place to sit, that was looking. All the food was fresh and hot, and staff was curtious. I got the new asado chicken in my burrito, and it had good flavor and was chunks of meat, not shredded, which was a plus for me, but realize this is a personal preference. I personally think charging an extra 2.30 for guac is a bit high, but, everything is a bit high, and at least the system didn't automatically prompt me for a tip like everyone seems to do now. Overall Chipotle in general is not my favorite byob (build your own burrito), but this location is one of top Chipotle's I've been to. Clean, courteous, fresh, and hot. The only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is because Chipotle in general isn't my favorite, mainly because they have limited options compared to some competitors.
