Thank you for your honest feedback. At Arbor/Metals Houston we have recently hired additional team members that will assist in getting the trucks that service our facility loaded and unloaded with more expediency. Our warehouse is focused on providing a positive experience not only to our customers, but also to our vendors and logistics partners, and we're constantly working on ways to improve our service on every level.
