        I love being able to work for a growing company like Sprout Therapy that cares about both the families we serve and the employees. They are constantly working on making sure all members of the clinical team (BCBA, RBT, Behavior Therapists, Interns) feel supported and appreciated. It has been amazing to collaborate, learn, and teach others about ABA and all the wonderful outcomes that it can provide. Sprout also makes getting care quicker and easier so families can get ABA intervention started without being on extensive waitlists. It’s really been wonderful to work with such an experienced team that provides amazing therapy and makes a huge difference in families lives!
