Wonderful people, service is amiable and they had wheelchair rentals and the soaps I needed for traveling overseas. The wheelchair needed a size 16 small petite.

Not an honest business. I bought a walker for my daughters post-op knee surgery just in case she needed. I should have known after they quoted me three different prices that this place was not fair. I was told that I could return the walker if it was in new condition. I did. It was never used, same mint condition with tags. I was charged a restocking fee of 15% of the price even though I restocked it back to their small display area. No matter what the price, small or pricey, if you return it, you are charged 15%. They can now sell it at full price or whatever is the going price. And, of course, their manager was not available to discuss this money grab.

I needed a pair of good crutches due to an injury and the gentleman there was very knowledgeable and professional  he showed me how to use the crutches correctly. They have all kinds of medical/healthcare supplies at their disposal. Excellent find!

Another medical supply store that I called looking for an after care item for post delivery of a baby. They did not carry the item and made suggestions as to where I might find the item. Very friendly phone customer service
