Excellent location, the check in progress was fast and easy. It didnt even take no more than 3 minutes, I was in and out the door. Also very nice staff!!!

Its directly inside Randalls, right next to the pharmacy. Go inside, turn left and go all the way, youll see it. As far as the lab work, it was quick and painless: the lady was really good!

Came into this location in December and the lady was super nice and a good stick. BUT THEN I came in again twice this week and the experience was totally different. Upon my arrival, a different, very grouchy older lady told me she was about to leave for her break at 12pm (I walked in at 11:50am) so I must leave and come back later. I told her I could not do that because I was on my own lunch break from work and asked her could she take me in the 10 min remaining before her break, she said NO and walked away without further comment. I found this very rude, grouchy, and unprofessional. I ended up going to another Quest location to do the bloodwork and received a container for a urine specimen, so I returned to this location to drop off my sample bc it's close to my office. When I walked in, the same grouchy, rude, unprofessional lady asked me "What do you want, I'm about to leave." and I told her I just need to drop off a specimen. She was rude all over again and then even told me she would not take my specimen bc I had missed one drop of urine. This lady has no empathy for the people who are coming into this place, she doesn't appreciate at all that we are coming in because we are sick and not feeling good and for her to tell me she won't take my specimen that I spent 24 hours collecting was OUTRAGEOUS. She is not a doctor and cannot tell me that my specimen won't work, that's what my doctor is for. I told her I will not leave until she takes my specimen. She called her supervisor or someone on the phone and they instructed her to take my sample so she said to me "I'll take it, you can leave now." I told her please and thank you and she didn't even say a word. THIS LADY IS SO RUDE AND HAS NO EMPATHY OR IDEA OF HOW TO BE KIND TO PATIENTS. SHE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED OR SENT TO A LAB WHERE SHE NEVER MAKES CONTACT WITH A PATIENT. Quest, you need to fix this.
