        Why does no one answer the phone?...there is only a re-direct to an appointment line. If I want to speak to someone at this facility what should I do?

        Worst service ever I had a scheduled appt online through questdirect and showed up to my appt, checked in and waited to be called. I had three ppl who checked in and were seen ahead of us. Informed her that I have appt. The staff claimed that it does not show on her list. I showed her the screenshot for the appt. she stated that it might be different location but my appt is scheduled with them at clay location. Never going back to them

        The staff is very pleasant. Took me about 30 minutes in and out the door as a walk-in. The phone thing seems to be true, though it seems they're just busy or understaffed most of the time.

        Rayne was amazing! I always have a hard time getting my blood drawn and she was so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend (: she also went above and beyond to give the best possible service
