On the morning of 4/12/22 I walked in and found that the self log in computer said the next available appointment was at 3pm. The technician rudely said, this location is by prior appointment only and dismissed me with an empty waiting room. Not going back there!

Went here for the first time for some bloodwork. Dawn was the only person that helped me from sign in to the drawing of blood. She was super friendly and efficiant.

This used to be a 5 Star location. 2 Main Phlebotomists (Ms Dawn & Panamanian Lady. Forgive me I can't recall her name) are no longer here, at least not regularly. Ms Dawn is definitely gone. Visited recently & watched new girl take 3 patients back to back without sanitizing the draw chair & area around it. After those 3, this lady that went in & she literally had to ask her if she was going to clean it before she sat down. SMH This is a medical lab. Pandemic or not, this level of basic hygiene should be diligently followed at minimum to promote cleanliness as much as possible. That lady looked irritated when she came out of there too. I also didn't care for the attitude or technique of the new tech. I'll be going elsewhere. I literally leave labcorb sites to come here. My Drs prefer & use Labcorp. I'll be rethinking that now & definitely considering a new Quest location.
