Texas Diagnostic Laboratories

I went to the testing sight under the false pretense of that it was a free covid testing sight. They are incredibly hard to get a hold of took a week to get my results back. I thought it was fine they were busy. Come to find out they sent a claim to my insurance over 450! Shame on this company for trying to profit of such trying times!

Took my test on 2/18/22 and got results today on 2/20/22. The guy was actually about to leave the site, had taken his tent and everything down but did my Covid Test anyways. I was looking for a place that did the oral swab instead of the nose and I happened to see this guy. It was quick and the results came back in 2 days instead of 1 day like he said but thats fine.

I went to a Covid testing site in San Antonio, they were very expedient, however after I did not received results after 6 days, I called and was told it should be ready that evening or the following day. I waited another 2 days and was told i should receive the results by the end of the day, still no results. I question if this a legitimate laboratory. If I needed the results for travel, I would be out of luck. If they messed it up, they should just say so. I.m filing a complaint.
