If I can give it a 0 I would. Worst customer services. I called 2 days in a row inquiring about the price of the peekaboo test and the first day I talked with a guy with a heavy accent and he told me to call back the next day because he didnt know the price. I called the following day and no answer. I decided to text the number only to be left on read. I dont understand why there are workers there that dont know the prices for their services. And still was unable to get the prices.

Unprofessional and unorganized. I set up an appointment online and filled out my info, and when I arrived they didn't even scan the code I was sent for the appointment. They told me they'll call me then email me the result of the rapid test within 15 to 20 minutes, and after over half an hour I ended up calling to ask for the results. The person on the other line started laughing and said they'll send it, but 10 minutes later I had to call again to ask for the email. All around messy, and the customer service is bad.

Absolutely the worst and most disgusting lab I have ever seen. The staff (receptionist) was unprofessional and stupid. I arrived at 1pm and according to their own documentation, they take specimens between 8am and 5pm. I was told "he ain't here" five times. The receptionist reminded me of Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy because there was nothing intelligent she could add to the conversation. She recommended to me to show up MAYBE tomorrow AM between 8am and 3pm. I asked, "will he be here for sure?". A shrug..." maybe. I don't know." Taking it all in, I was feeling like I was getting stupid myself and had to clear out of there in a hurry, I left. Overall, the area is not the safest and that office was gross. Looked like a bad storage unit. Avoid this place or touch anything
