My experience was great! Walked in for my appointment, and was waited in a timely manner. Pleasant environment, with a calming appearance. Friendly staff, and professional appearance. All this helps when you are a bit stressed about a procedure.

My appointment was for 7:30 am. We arrived early and waited in the lobby of the building. First impression of HMI was that it looked clean and has tasteful decore. The front staff arrived earlier than 7:30 to set the office up. Doors opened exactly at 7:30 am and got checked in right away. The rest of the staff were cordial. I started my procedure, got my cd, and was out the door in 30 minutes. Overall my experience was positive. The only minor kerfuffle was their insurance verification. I scheduled this appointment a week in advance and didnt get what my responsibility of payment was in a timely manner. Tried several times during mid week to get a quote, left voicemail, spoke with personnel but was told that their procedure is to provide the amount of copayment the day before the actual procedure. I need to be given more of an advanced notice so I can have time to move funds around if need be. HMI might want to change this policy. Other than that, great place to get an imaging done.
