All the front desk staff, nurses, and doctors are always with a pleasant smile on their face. Warm welcome. My experience with all my previous clinics is that front desk staff always looked irritated.

I don't have any issues with the staff or the doctors, but the clinic in general. I've been going to this clinic for the past 2-3 years for yearly exams. Once I wasn't feeling so good and called to make an appointment to see my doctor and she told me if you want to see a nurse Practitioner, it would be for 5 days from now. And if you want to see the Doctor it would be in 6 weeks, so if you get sick and you need to go see your doctor in a day or 2, don't use this clinic, you will be getting an appointment for a month from now. I was there today to get a referral and the earliest appointment they had was April 22nd. Also, it's so hard to get a hold of anybody at frontdesk .the call goes to call center and sometimes an answering service and they cannot book an appointment . After this visit I probably change my primary provider..

What the heck happened to this clinic? As of April 1 they were sold to a new company called Innovatia Health. I had a telehealth appointment yesterday, April 2. I was in the waiting room for TWO AND A HALF HOURS and the provider NEVER SHOWED UP. Zero community from either him or anybody else on staff there. I then called and was on hold for 20 minutes before the system said no one was available and that someone would call me back. Of course no one called me back as of yet. I called again and tried various other menu options (including the provider one) and could NEVER reach a real human! Clearly the transition between Sanitas and this new Innovatia is a HUGE mess. Now let's see if they're going to bill me for the nonexistent visit yesterday. This is completely unacceptable.
