They will not let you make a new patient appointment without getting a referral from another doctor. I already have a rheumatologist and existing conditions with test results. I dont think its right to make a person go see a regular doctor first to waste time & money to get a referral just to switch rheumatologists. My insurance does not require a referral. Its strictly their policy with no exceptions. Customer service was nice though.
