No one answers the phone. It's an automated prompt that keeps repeating. My son was sick and needed to get in touch with with someone and I spent 20 minutes listening to pre-recorded messages. I tried calling again make an appointment for his 2 year check up, I put in his DOB, pressed 1 and it kept repeating. I've been going here since he was born but I'm currently looking for another doctor for my child. The nurses are nice but I hate the fact that you can't get in touch with them when you need to. How about a direct phone line? Never mind. I'm already changing his primary care.

My experience with Cypress Health Center was mixed. Doctor, nurses and other staff are generally knowledgeable. However, they have poor time management. I have experienced delays of one and a half to two hours quite frequently, this despite the fact that we take prior appointment. They need to cut down waiting time to below 15 minutes if they wish to attract more patients.

I came in with cold sinus symptoms no one asked me about COVID. Covid is still out here killing people. Dr Garcia prescribe getting my Covid booster but never tested me even tho I came in with symptoms that could be COVID. This was negligent what is I did have Covid and took the booster, it could have caused me to have a sever reaction. No one on the staff asked me about Covid exposure or offered to test me.

I got there 30 mn before my appointment since they told me to after when I thought it was time for my appointment they told me that the doctor is behind ,I got there at 3:00 pm ,my appointment was at 3:20 they called me in at 4:00pm a nurse got my temperature ,height etc and she took me to this room to wait for the doctor ,it wasnt until 4:30 that she finally came in to the room she wasnt profesional at all and after we talked for like 5 mn I was still having some questions for her but she was like the nurse can help you with that cuz she had two other patients that she had to see cuz they were about to close so for me it she didnt do a good job since she just seemed to desperate to go home .
