I called Legacy and requested to speak with the practice manager regarding my experience. They offered to transfer me to someone regarding my complaints and of course they did not answer. I have not had a good experience with Legacy. If you have other options for places to go, it may be in your best interest to go elsewhere for treatment. In early January I called to make an appointment with a specific provider. I was told their earliest availability and made an appointment for that day. The day of my appointment, I logged on MyChart to view my appointment details and my provider was changed without my consent or without anyone ever notifying me. When I called to speak with someone about this they told me that they needed to reschedule my appointment anyways because that provider was not available for the day. I was told that they originally changed the provider for my appointment because my provider changed their schedule. This was a huge inconvenience for me. My appointment was rescheduled with my provider for a few weeks later. I had my appointment with my provider this past Monday. The appointment itself was fine. My provider had me do some labs. I received the results the following day. On Wednesday I hadnt heard from my provider regarding my results and medication so I sent her a message on MyChart and called Legacy. By Thursday morning (today), I still hadnt heard from her so I called Legacy again. After all of that, she sent over a prescription which happened to be out of stock at the pharmacy (not her fault, just another inconvenience and delay in me receiving treatment). I hate having to call and speak to someone at a call center (or wherever) instead of being able to speak directly to someone at the practice. Everything that has gone wrong with my experience could have been prevented. Legacy has not shown patient centered practices in my experience. Im editing this review to add that I never experienced anything like this with Kelsey Seybold. I only switched from them because I changed jobs and insurance.

I had quit a bit of health questions for the Doctor. She asked me which one was most important to talk about. Very unprofessional and dismissive. Due to appointments being hard to come by without waiting months had to try to all I could in at that appointment. Heck, it took 3 months to receive referral for a mammogram. Thank God everything was ok with that. The whole day and interactions with the staff with the exception of the lab tech was horrible. I will never visit this location again. Being given a choice of what I wanted to address about my health is why the mortality rate in black women are high, because we are not taken serious or heard. We have no faith in some medical institutions and medical providers, that we will receive good care. Do Better..........

Overall good care, just not as personable or attentive as I'd expected. Clean facilities and minimal wait times.
