Dr. Mabel Perez and staff are great! Our needs where heard and approached in a timely manner. We've known Dr. Perez for years. She takes the time to listen to her patient's needs. We highly recommend Sanitas, Dr. Perez and staff.

This clinic is incredibly difficult to get a hold of if you need anything other than scheduling an appt. The phone number listed is a call center number that will often leave you on hold or with unanswered questions. We needed imaging results and had to come in for an appointment to receive them and speak to the NP about next steps when it could have been a simple phone call (save us the drive across Houston). We are currently trying to get more results that were sent to the clinic 4 days ago and have not been uploaded to the portal causing a huge delay in proper treatment - still unable to get ahold of anyone directly in the office and the call center told us the clinic is experiencing "wifi" issues - although all clinics should be equipped with proper phones in case of an emergency. I would not recommend due to such poor communication causing a delay in patient care.
