        I'm grateful to have found a medical provider with Genesis Medical Group. My NP-C was efficient, patient and informative! She made me feel heard and I can't rave enough about the bed side manner excellent care. I was nervous going in and felt completely relieved once my appointment was over. Thank you Ms Lasean Radway and Genesis Medical for taking great care of me!

        This was my first time using this company, I felt very comfortable with the staff from admitting, the nurse and the doctor. The doctor was very thorough and not condescending. This is very important.

        I have made 43 phone calls to them within the last 7 days. nothing has been achieved. No help, only Voice mail, and people saying..."we will call you back!!!" and they never do. If you call THEM back, you get...voice mail. The owner of this group sold it to a group of venture capitalists that don't give a S#### about you. Here to make money, and move on. Find a different dr. and different center to work with. waste of my time and money
