They said they rebuilt my ball screw, all they did was clean the rust, pack it full of grease and send it back to me, with broken parts installed, sprayed everything in green paint, and charged me $3,300.00. The new company sent me thee findings in writing and are as follows. 1. Extreme amounts of dirt and rust. 2. Items painted that should not have been painted in order to cover up rust and dirt. 3. Bearing block retaining nuts damaged due to not using proper tools. 4. Ball nut and hardware not properly tightened. 5. Generic non precision bearings were installed 6. Large bearing block bearings and spacers incorrectly installed, causing the screw to bind and jam. The list goes on and on. Fortunately I was able to file a claim through my credit card company and got my money back. I would also add I paid les to have it fixed correctly after Esco damaged it than what they tried to charged me. All the picture on this site are from somewhere else, I had to go pick up my screw and where it was not at the address on the site, and it looks nothing like the photos. So two months now when we going to court.
