This post deserves more than 5 stars. Just recently went in looking for a new queen size mattress within my budget in less than 20 maybe 30 minutes. Major shout out to the sleep expert Mario for getting me exactly what I needed with no problems. The customer service from the time I entered until the time I left was beyond excellent.

Amazing experience I was in and out in no time. I came in because I had a problem with the website when I tried to order something. The person who helped me took care of everything and was super friendly Im definitely coming back to this location.

This was my very first time buying a mattress, Carla was very professional, patient, and answered any question I had. She listened to what I wanted and recommended a mattress that I really loved! Everyone at the store offered me such a good first time buying experience, I'll remember it for many years!

Walking in, I didnt know if the bed I had in mind was the a good choice for me. Kavin greeted me right away, and made sure to refer me to a mattress that was the better option for me. I was expecting to get upselled out the door, but believe it or not, Kavin recommended a bed that would better accommodate my needs, while also being cheaper than the original one I had in mind. Not once did Kavin let greed get in the way of what I actually needed. There were some pretty fancy mattresses here that I would have bought no question asked, but Kavin was able to provide the bed I actually needed based on my preferences. This kind of behavior displayed by mattress firm along with Kavin made me excited to shop in the real world again. No fluff, no greed, just friendly professionalism, which seems to be a dying skill. Thank you Kavin, and thanks Mattress firm for seeing me as a human and not a walking dollar sign!
