        Bought a 10 ton chiller. When I had to set it up the team was very helpful. Their support is the best in the business. I recently had an issue and sent the error code to support. They responded in minutes and got me back up and running in no time. I will absolutely purchase from them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.         Cold Shot has been one of the best businesses my brewery has ever worked with. Purchasing and delivery was perfect. I have had two separate mechanical issues, none of which had to do with the quality of products and their technical support helped my keep my brewery making beer. This last Saturday a pump seal tore and leaked out our glycol. Tony helped me, the business owner, via phone step by step getting it back online with extra parts I had on hand. We were back up and operational in 6 hours. I am wish more businesses were like Cold Shot. Thank You!
