Seriously, I don't know how many stars I could give this place, we are on our way to communism at hasty steps, I arrived at this site to load at 10:30 am, they told me that my appoinment was for 1:00 pm, the place was completely empty, not a single truck has come to load, at 12 noon they close everything and leave and return at 1 in the afternoon, 4 or 5 people talking in an office and no one doing anything, how bad we are, there are the photos from when I arrived and the photos from 12:55, now it is 1:10 and I have to return to the office to ask when they would give me the door because they never called me on the phone

Don't bother showing up early, they're not going to load you until your appointment time. But they did have me loaded in about 30 minutes once my appointment time came to pass.
