        Hen Cohen impersonated management and went around my plaza and started scraping off the PUSH signs to add his own. Was asking him questions and he was being aggressive. We told him that we are management. We did not authorize him to take off our stickers to add his own cheap ones. He started cussing at the owner then left. Ridiculous trying to impersonate management to stick his own info on our property.

        Called at 6am and they couldnt get a tech until 8am. Not 24/7 service.

        Our key broke inside the lock set and we called to get it fixed. Omar came out just 15 minutes after we called and fixed it promptly. He was very courteous and professional.
