I haven't bought a bra in 5 years, because I'm such a large size, and thought it would be a good idea to order online. Unfortunately, I ordered a cup and band size too big because I doubted the accuracy of the measurements online. I was surprised that the online measurements were true to size. Regardless of that though, I will never order online again solely because the customer service in store was INCREDIBLE. I have never felt more confident buying bras until now. Moreso, the staff was so quick to help me that I was able to get in and exchange with no hassle (including getting resized and trying on items TWICE) within 30 mins. You can't beat the customer service at this location that the beautiful staff provides. I will definitely be back and I will only go to see those women.

Shavon and Kenya were wonderful! Shavon helped me find the right bra for me, and measured me to make sure it would fit! The service was amazing! I came back later and talked to Kenya because I thought I needed a bigger band size. She was able to show me how my bra should be, and it helped tremendously! Thank you!

The service here is amazing!!I recommend and have many different bra sizes they sell night gowns Pajamas underwear leggings.The girls working here are very kind!

I went a couple of days ago and had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We didnt want to wait in the Victoria Secret line so we decided to check out Soma. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with smiling and ready-to-help faces! Jamie (i believe her name was) measured me and made sure i was comfortable! She helped me understand the way a bra should fit. She suggested certain types and colors. She really cared and thats all anyone wants from a store employee! Thank yall!! I will definitely be coming back.
