This location has wonderful employees and great customer service! My boyfriend and I went into this Soma location a couple weeks ago so I could return some bras. Neicy was nice enough to help me out, and she was very friendly! Neicy ended up having to call customer service to get my return done. She let me know throughout the call what was happening, and appreciated my patience. The customer service representative got my return done, and Neicy made sure to ask if I would receive a confirmation email. She also asked when I could expect the refund. Neicy was nice enough to start a conversation while she was on hold with the representative, and we chatted about our personal lives and the fact that my boyfriend and I are in retail as well. Neicy was very sweet, and I appreciated her going above and beyond to make sure I got my returns done correctly. It made me really happy to see Neicy when my boyfriend and I returned to the store today! She even asked me if I cut my hair! All of the associates are wonderful at this location, and since I live close I will be sure to come back!

Janneicia (Neicy) was amazing!! She was so friendly and helpful. She gave me some very helpful advice about product maintenance that Id never heard before, and helped me to find exactly what I needed. Great experience, will be back soon!
