Horrible service, we were followed around the whole store,but when these white women came in they treated them soooooo nice and different from us, we werent even greeted or asked if we needed help, the whole vibe was completely off we felt so unwelcome and ended up going to cindies wich was sooooo much welcoming we got so much help and ended up spending some money just because of there hospitality

Very good place, very pleasant attention, very good spaces and location, the elements is very pleasant, well served and hot, service is very fast, it is warm and very eaten.

I've came here multiple times with my friends before and we never had issues before. Almost every single time we were welcomed in and the staff was super helpful. Yesterday, I came with a group of friends, 3 of us total, around 9-10:30pm on March 14th. The security person that night was a tall meaty short haired lady. As soon as we walked in, we weren't greeted and they immediately took our bags. That's fine, I get it but the security person was already glaring at my friend for wearing a mini backpack before she even stepped inside. Already pretty big flag that foreshadowed the rest of our experience. We were then followed throughout the store, and it made all of us uncomfortable since it was virtually only us three in the store the entire time. The security person was literally on our tails. So close that the security person could hear my friend complain to my other friend and I about how damaged one of the boxes looked. She was just examining the box, and the security person yelled at us from 4ft away on how we can't open anything. Last straw was when I lost my keychain. It wasn't brought to our attention until the security person asked if anyone lost a bear keychain. I was carrying my wallet with me and I looked down and I realized it wasn't there. I said it was mine and they told me to describe it, which I did. They then proceeded to tell me "that wasn't it" and kept saying no. I said out loud that it's literally mine and the security said with the ugliest attitude, "okay describe it, i'm listening" and I kept adding details. She kept saying no nope not yours. Mind you it's still my friends and this older man in the store. WHO ELSE COULD IT HAVE BEEN? What type of power trip do you get for not giving me my $5 keychain? She didn't even bother asking the man who was there. To add onto that, the boxes that were opened were pretty mangled up. They have this policy where they will open up boxes for customers if they want to have a better look at anything. It looks like toddlers went after them. Guests are already paying marked up prices for toys I could find way cheaper online. The least they could do is open up the boxes nicely to make up for it. If i'm paying for the convenience of shopping IRL at least make it worth it. The only positive thing about our experience was the cashier. She did the bare minimum which was being nice. Other than that, the security person has to go. Disgusting behavior and needs to take their anger out somewhere else. It's an adult toy shop for crying out loud. Go buy something and release your stress out a different way or even get some professional help.
