This was the MOST deplorable, egregious, and abusive experience I have ever had with any transportation service.
The company was non communicative and did not respond to any of our inquiries until very close to arrival.
Upon arrival the bus was FILTHY and smelled of FECES/MANURE/UNHOLY FOULNESS! To the point one member of our party became ill with a headache and nausea. And when we were struck and inquired -the driver said yes I knowWHAT!?!? Absolutely despicable to KNOWINGLY expose people to human fecal matter!! Criminal behavior!!!
Then when we demanded a price adjustment for such a horrific experience the resolution they came to was not to honor our return trip and leave us stranded! Im flabbergasted! Utterly outrageous behavior! Clearly they dont care about customer service or return business. They have no business acumen and clearly NO scruples. I am disgusted, enraged and offended with this abominable behavior! Im angry that negative times infinity is not an option for this rating!

We used them for a 5 hour trip after the houston rodeo. They stayed with us the entire time, were easy to communicate while still letting us do our thing and have a great time. Great experience with them!

Party Bus Lounge was AMAZING. They were very timely, flexible and provided amazing service. We were a little nervous based on the previous reviews but they exceeded our expectations by far. The bus was SO CLEAN, our driver Derrick, was super cool and professional. My chapter had nothing but great feedback and we'll definitely book again!

The best decision we made, drivers were courteous and professional. We were able to pick up our clients at the front during a high traffic time.
