        I ordered shoes online and had to exchange them for a bigger size. I went in and got the best customer service ever. The downside to this store is that there aren't any purses to even look at or try on.

        Awful customer service. Not a single SA greeted or even gave a slight acknowledgement of our existence. Comically bad. I understand that they probably do this intentionally and don't need my personal business but it's this kind of treatment that gives the whole brand a bad reputation and will keep people from coming in altogether.
