I had to go through probate during the pandemic, and the office of McCulloch and Miller was FANTASTIC! I'm out of state, and they were still able to help me with the legal documents in a timely and efficient manner. Communication was reliable and clear. When I was ready to update my Will and related documents, I found that my attorney had retired, with no successor in place. As luck had it, I heard about an Elder Law seminar held by McCulloch & Miller. I went to hear David Miller do a presentation which addressed my concerns. Afterwards, I called for a free consultation, and being pleased with that meeting hired David and Crystal to update my documents. I told David that I was living on Social Security and was concerned about costs. I also told him that I was having surgery in two weeks and was hoping to get the documents updated by then. David and Crystal worked hard to meet my request for getting the documents before my surgery. They were very pleasant to work with, listening patiently and clearly answering any concerns or questions I had about these documents. I have already recommended their services to friends and would encourage anyone dealing with Elder Law issues to contact McCullough & Miller.
