Rapid Wash Laundry

We came 10 minutes before closing time to pick up clothes from the dryer and the location was fully closed and locked with our clothes inside.

the place is clean and organized They have issues in closing time They supposed to close at 10pm but sometimes they close 9:30pm and customers stuff inside dryers

Came here at 7am when is supposed to open, and it wasn't. The worker wasn't even here. When it finally opened, the worker (the lady) was not helpful and did not explain how the service worked correctly, and I was misled. I found out after that you get charged an extra $1 to purchase the reusable card to use the machines there, you can't return the card for a refund for the money you put down for the reusable card, the amount you get charged for the washer changes depending on your settings you pick as well like extra wash and extra rinse, etc. I tried to cancel and get my money back to get a refund, but she said I couldn't. She was rude and just walked away. She needs to lean English better, or she's pretending not to understand well. Don't waste your time and get ripped off. Now I'm stuck with a laundry card I'm never going to use again. Will never come back again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I always come to this place to wash my clothes, the attention is always very good, but the service tonight was not very pleasant, since it said in the Google GPS that they would close at 10pm, he arrived at 9:30pm with all the intention . After asking for the laundry service and picking up my clothes the next day, the lady behaved rudely and told me that next time I should go earlier because they closed at 8:30 pm. In the end I really dislike it

Its 11:00 Friday morning, I came here to do wash and the place is closed and locked up. Otherwise very nice washateria, the pre-load card wasnt what I was expecting. Well lit, spacious and clean I'll return with the Hope's that they wont be closed during normal business hours.
