We had a water flow issue after rain and Jared came out next day and solved the problem efficiently, quickly and at a fair price. My understanding is this is still a family owned company.

I contacted Manicured Landscapes several times by phone and on their website submitted a request for new sprinkler install. I received an email, but was never contacted to set up appointment.

It appears as though Manicured Landscapes is a collection of independent businesses obtaining referrals from the company's ads and promotions. I contacted them by phone, was told to expect an email and would then be called by lawn sprinkler specialist. The email mentioned an $80 fee for the sprinkler specialist to assess my system and make any "minor" repairs without defining the service any further. The ad went on to say that the $80 would be "applied" to the cost of any other work performed on my sprinkler system. It took two days before the first call came in. There were a total of three from different sprinkler repair companies. The last call came with a complaint that they had "just received the referral" about an hour earlier. I found another sprinkler repair specialist on my own. He did not charge for an assessment and he made a few adjustments along the way without cost. I am not sure why anyone should pay a company for a work estimate but it is starting to become more common. Manicured Landscapes is not what I thought when I saw their ad, looked at their webpage and made the call to them. Thank you
