Assistant manager, FEDERICO AKA FREDY he is a mess. Unprofessional and incompetent for expectations.
Clearly, five years of service has not made him 5 start.
Silversand, please step up your game and get a qualified supervisor, with knowledge, On setups. Re- staging. and plant control and a leader who technicians can Count on.

I am a swimming pool contractor, hiring Silversand Services. Richard came out today and did some great work for us. There were problems that were caused by others. But he worked diligently to resolve. We are still working through the process. But he is very knowledgeable and experienced. I hope this service and quality continue. I am looking at reusing this company for all my quality projects. 10-stars Richard. All the staff has been very cooperative. Am waiting for Murphy's Law to prevail. But hope not! Diligent work, Richard, a great asset to the company! Ryan is also excellent and organized everything well.

We have found them to be incredibly dynamic, resourceful, and innovative with their clients - putting customer need above their own! Their entire team is a joy to work with, and we wish there was a Silversand Services in every city!
