Enjoyed this place. I was recommended by several friends. The knife cut noodles in pork broth was pleasant though the flavoring was a bit bland for my taste. I can see how this would go easy on the stomach on a cold day. The minced meat in the soup was solid and added some saltiness but wasn't anything special. I thought the pork dumplings were the highlight. The skin was thin and the flavor of the pork was immediate after a delicate bite. The ratio of filling to skin was amazing. I'll be coming back to try the spicy knife cut noodles for more flavor.
