Designer Kitchen and Bath

David and his team were excellent. The time had come for us to update our cookie-cutter townhome kitchen and bath into a more functional and aestheticly pleasing space. David and his team worked with us throughout the entire process, providing detailed drawings, descriptions, and updates, including through numerous adjustments that had to be made due to other people's actions. As someone who cooks a lot at home, the improvements have been a total game changed. Highly recommend.

Long and short after spending 187k. Bathroom remodeling joning two baths ,We expect perfection, and this is not the case if you like further information. To.many mistakes took to long,and warranty work with Vendors take forever.also the Exhaust fans do not draw out the humidity because David put in the cheapest swans from home depot. And when you run them through the attic, he did not connect them directly to the roof and out into the atmosphere. As well as having the plumber reroute. A lot of my outdoor pipelines, we had to reroute the out door vaulve for yard watering .. Because he did not have a supervisor to watch every detail.this job took year and half. make sure to get permits for plumbing & electrical they didn't do that, as agreed with Cody. DM me and I'll be happy to share our experience with you. But I would not recommend this vendor. Be ware

Great company and would happily recommend them to friends and neighbors! We remodeled two bathrooms in the middle of the pandemic (early 2021). Bids were detailed and transparent, and David took the time to compare competitors bids for the same project and walk through pricing and components. I especially liked the creation of new plans/architectural drawings as part of the process to help visualize what we'd receive. The finished product was great. Most importantly, when issues were encountered (as they always will be on a larger remodel job), David and his team made it right, including going well above and beyond what many contractors would have in the situation. A sheetrock repair intersected with an adjacent 10'x30' wall, and the age of the paint on the large wall made a simple touch-up obvious. They repainted the entire wall to "make it right," because it was their guy who had made a mistake. I don't honestly think I would have found that with some of the other contractors I considered. The act of standing behind that work made them an obvious choice for a later kitchen and bar remodel, to the point that I didn't even bother bidding other contractors for the effort! The Kitchen and bar turned out wonderfully, and I'd happily use them again in the future for any other work and would recommend them to friends.

They removed our bathtub and created a walk-in shower instead. It only took them 2 days to complete. They were very thorough with all details so that the finished product looked great. They handled everything from ordering and picking up the tile/shower doors/fixtures, etc. and they also made sure to clean up after the job was done. I would give them an A for a job well done.
