Terrible customer service. I needed 4 rings and they didnt have any of the sizes, not one. I didnt realize the lady that was helping me doesnt speak English. I didnt realize till the end of the transaction. I speak a couple languages and I would have used google translate if I had needed to. The other worker that wasnt helping me originally told me I didnt ask for gift recipients when I already had to the other employee during my transaction with her. I told her multiple times everything I was buying were all gifts and that I needed gifts recipients. And the other woman told me over and over I should have already asked for gift receipts when I already had. It was rude. I almost just returned everything because at that point I was ready to go. Go to the regular James Avery. They are kind and have a full selection.
