Big thank you to Mako, Nick, and Denis for being so wonderful to work with. Mako, my sales rep, is extremely knowledgeable on horolology and gems, offers a consultative approach, and really looks after his customers. Always a please to get the call and visit their shop. Yall are the best!

1) Well, I agree with the most of the reviewers. Great service, nice show room. But my issue is I havent received my watch yet. I have emailed to Tony ( who is a great guy btw) and his response was he doesnt have any control on receiving the watch I ordered. I read some reviews and they said they received their order in couple months. Unfortunately, I am not. If they tell me, that we cannot help you, I would go to another store. But no word at all.. 2) It has been 8 month that I walked in De Boulle. Still waiting... 3) One year passed. Still nothing. Just want to give an idea to everyone how long it takes to be in the Wishlist. I have been told that to get the model I want (Rolex-Datejust) would take 1-1.5 year max. So, I passed the one year. Let's see what will happen in 1.5 year...

My husband and I have been shopping here with Ashod for over two years now and I have to say I've learnt so such about watches and it fascinates me the amount of craftsmanships that comes along with each watch. Ashod is patience, knowledgeable, and kind. Honestly, we would come to just hang out with him sometimes because hes so fun and comfortable to be around. On top of that the store offers endless pours on drinks! Ive originally only tagged along with my husband because hes very passionate about watches and is a collector himself. But after tagging along frequent visits Ive got so attached to Rolex and of course our wonderful sales associate Ashod. We would be devastated if he was to ever leave this store. A girl who once owned one Rolex now has three and I cant wait to continue this journey and work with Ashod to collect many many more! Now my husband and I both can enjoy watches together! Thank you so much Ashod for making us the happiest client ever!
