Loved the customer service! I came in late in the evening right before closing this past weekend to drop off my jewelry for cleaning and return some holiday gifts. I had no issues with doing either one. The two ladies were happy to help and even explained how to properly store my jewelry so it doesnt tarnish over time. I did my returns with no issues. I was hesitant because of previous reviews about returns but they explained how important is was to have your original receipt either paper or email to get my refund back to my card. Made sense, since the gift receipts do not have prices on them but they did offer a gift card if I wanted to return the gift receipt item I was given. Very happy over all, thanks to Rachel and Debby for their help. will return to this location in the future.
