We have been clients with Cartier for over 20 year. I made my last purchase over Christmas time and terrible experience with new SA. Previously, for many years, Rosie helped us And she was professional, pleasant and made our experience great always. We wont shop from this store anymore after my last experience. It was all about making the sale for this SA, unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor. It felt like I was buying a used car from a dealership. Sad to see what has happened to the store in Houston.

Dominic Gonzalez has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the years. He has always gone above and beyond since day one of working with him. From celebrating our first year wedding anniversary almost four years ago to now welcoming our first baby to our family, Dominic has truly made our experience at Cartier such a pleasure. We feel like Dominic is part of our family and have been blessed to have him help to make these wonderful celebrations so special. Dominic is an asset to Cartier and they should be so honored to have him as part of their staff. My wife and I very much look forward to working with him again and to seeing him soon.
