The older man who is in charge here is a full blown liar and a thief!!!! I brought a bag with 100 pounds of sterling silver .925 in to him and asked him how much it was worth and he told me that it was only worth $2,500- $3,000 because it was not 100% silver.. well he didnt know that I already knew what I had and what it was worth so I told him no sir your wrong its worth 29,000$ with the current market value and he proceeded to get angry and very demanding telling me I could take the deal or leave his store so I told him bye and told him I would contact the better business bureau

I want to thank HGE and Brad for helping create a custom piece of jewelry for my wife's 60th birthday. He got me excited when he was describing the design for a beautiful gold and diamond bracelet, and I normally don't get excited for jewelry! You can tell that he loves what he does and brings passion and creativity into his work. Piece was completed within promised time frame and service felt very personalized and professional. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend. 5 stars all day long! =)

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Brad, the owner of Houston Gold Exchange, and I have to say, I was very nervous at first having to pick out my fiancees engagement ring without her, I wanted everything to be PERFECT. Brad has been doing this for over 30 years and he guided me through the whole process making me feel comfortable every step of the way. I cannot express how amazing the final product turned out. If it were not for Brad I wouldn't have had the most amazing engagement ring with my fiancee can't stop staring at and I think loves more than me!!!! Houston Gold Exchange offered me an extremely fair and competitive price as for he get his diamonds direct instead of going through wholesalers.. Overall, I cannot recommend Houston Gold Exchange enough. Brad and his team's expertise, integrity, and exceptional customer service make them stand out in the industry.
