        Discrimination against senior clients! Unprofessional staff! Rude! Move your $$$ ASAP! Staff doesnt respond to emails! Entire staff should be fired!

        I faced challenges in completing an external ACH transfer into my Schwab brokerage account and came into the branch for an in-person check deposit. Lauren, a Schwab team member, was excellent at helping me complete the check deposit. The fund was available for trades within two business days which were much sooner than the expected 7-10 business days. 5/5 star for great customer service.

        Sorry Schwab. Was a TD customer brought over in the acquisition and your tech is terrible - particularly the mobile app. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

        I manage several accounts at Schwab. Almost everything can be done on-line. However, every now and then there is some issue such as changing trustees on a trust where I need to talk to a human. Colin Jones and Caraline Cardwell at this office ROCK!! If this is being recorded, they are underpaid. Thank you both for your recent help.
