        My husband and I went to this location try to get information about xfinity internet plan and possibly switch from AT&T. The lady helped us claimed to be assistant manager with very long blue nails. Started the conversation with impatience. My husband started to ask the plan Internet plan and question about the plan compared to online package. When he started to ask more questions about equipment that needs to be rented, she said he started to get loud, which is ridiculous. She ended up call security to get my husband out just because he started to ask questions, which is totally not acceptable. This totally ruined my impression to xfinity brand and will not want to do business with xfinity. I have never come across such short tempered associate working in retail with absolute no respect to individuals. I wish the owner of this business can contact me and I will relay more details, she should let go, your business will be impacted because of her. And the security you hired is a joke, just FYI. Hire some one smarter!
