Horrible customer service.

They're not really nice for being customer service people. I went to lower my bill and change my plan. I expected the girl helping me to give information about each plan, ask about our devices and give a recommendation on which plan would be best. All she did was type on her computer, lower my bill, but she didn't do anything to change my plan. So I brought it up, explained how fast my internet got, and she said, "OK you want xxxx plan?" With no other details or information. I was already over her lack of service so I said yes and instead of explaining the new bill and going over details, she told me, "open this link on your phone, read and accept." Like I might as well have done this myself online. I went to the store so a person could actually help. If you need help or want more information on anything, just chat with an agent online. They'll even give you a credit for any inconvenience
