AT&T - Internet Service Provider

I spent 10 months in an apartment in Houston while working there, and signed up with AT&T because a CSR with the complex recommended them. I moved out in early June, 2022. I tried my best to cancel the service, but the only way AT&T will allow you to cancel is via telephone, and there is an hour or so wait to do so. I left the equipment with the office of the apt. complex when I left, and they said that's fine. It's been a month, and I just got another bill from AT&T. I have to say the service wasn't horrible - there were outages now & then, but that's normal these days. It's just their "customer service," the goal of which appears to be to prevent you from canceling the service so they can just keep on billing you forever.

Horrible service. All of our devices buffer, to include our security services. REGRET.

What a bad service, I would never recommend it, they take your money, they will make you the contract and they tell you that the boxes will arrive and then they activate them and they never send them to you and you suspend the service and they tell you that in two to three days they will refund you but when you call they tell you that you have to wait 15 months then a month and then two to three months hahaha because they don't tell me to give them the money so I stop calling, what a great company that gives color for about $100 they take advantage of and never hire this service

Terrible service no connection we call write not responsive rude on top but they know how to charge our account we just noticed $85 a month ridiculous sent 2 emails and 3 PHONE calls no respond we must move anybody any recommendations? We will appreciate 77079 area
