Staff is friendly. They just need more staff. Sometimes waiting 30 minutes to return old equipment when upgrading modems. Have always returned equipments here for past 9 years. Credit for equipment return was not given in 2 instances and had to call Comcast numerous times to say the equipments has been returned only to do the whole process again a few years later. Sometimes the line is so long they tell you just to drop the equipment and they will process the return. Just wait to get the receipt of the return. Its a hassle but better than the hassle of future wait on the phone and Comcast charging old equipments that you no longer have. Put all the receipts in a folder and keep it safe and easily accessible. When they try to charge you for returned equipments, you will be ready!

Juan was very helpful and patience. He got us the phone we wanted and he also helped switch over our lines. He also set us up with faster internet for our home. He has great customer service and was a delight, he deserves a raise.

We had such a great experience with Michelle! She was super helpful, took the time to explain to us the services and all the perks that we could apply for to get the most out of it. She took care of everything and got us set up. Michelle was very cordial and helpful on our visit, such a wonderful Customer Experience! Definitely a 5 star!
