I am impressed for the customer service I received on this store. The guy Rigo spoke English and Spanish and took care of my issue. Also went the extra mile helping with a remote control issue I had. I was totally pleased.

Store is never helpfull unless you want to buy something. Staff in not knowledgeable at all, rude, and seem to not want to be at work. Store on Voss is much better

I wanna share my experience yesterday evening (Mar 23). I cant throw away my upset even I tried to forget before sleep. Yesterday evening, I went to this xfinity location to return my wifi device. My name was called by a black lady. During she was checking the device, she suddenly screamed and run away. I checked what happened and saw cockroach. Everyone's eyes were on me. I was shy. Then I took the device out of service room and cleaned to make sure no more cockroach. But she was not coming back. (Am I disgusting that much??) Another black lady with disposal gloves on came instead. She also had no attention, talking over the phone while giving service to me. I m the customer but I was the one who tried to maintain smile on my face even I was upset so badly. I know everyone has a kind of fear. But fear reaction and over reacting is not the same. I was like shy and upset a lot coz of her. On that day, I was preparing so hard to move house and long oversea trip. My body was full of aches and exhausted. And I had bad experience at this location. It was a super bad day.
