I had an internet discount of 20$ for two years by signing up for the Xfinity mobile. The discount disappeared when I changed my phone (both are my own devices, not Xfinity's). The store won't help and told me to talk to customer service. The internet team said the discount is applied by Xfinity mobile, and the mobile team said the billing is by the internet team. The customer service transferred me between Xfinity mobile and the internet billing team back and forth. It is clearly a system issue since changing the phone should not affect the mobile plan and should not affect the discount.

I moved to a different apartment and the internet and cable is included in my lease. This location gave me all new equipment and stated they added it to my new account. Its going on day 3 and I was told today that my t was never added correctly. Every time I go to this location, they dont seem to ever want to help and they try to rush you out the store.. save yourself some frustration and just visit another location.

Spent two weeks trying to get the new pixel 8 phone with the deal, only to not be able to get it because Xfinity cant fix a problem that is solely on their end. Everyone is incapable of doing anything, and I am severely disappointed that I had to spend so much time and energy trying to get this phone, that I was called and told that I could get, only to not be able to get anything and just have the whole thing be a waste of time. Scam.

I was out of contract on xfinity internet and wanted to downgrade on my internet speed. I went to the store and tried to get the guy to put me on the lower speed plan. A plan which was available through my online account. No amount of convincing him that this slower speed plan was available for existing customers would get him to switch it. He kept trying to say that only a higher speed plan was available. I finally left and switched my plan online. Just do your job - Trying to trick customers on plans just hurts your sales in the long run. Be helpful and you will get your existing customers to recommend you to other potential customers. (I think he would get a commission on selling the higher speed plans)

They like to take care of the white people first it doesnt matter if youre first in line. Or have a toddler. And money and credits paid that day to the company were not available or credited either over all 1 star
