Had an appt with them and at the exact moment of it received an email claiming a medical emergency. Rescheduled for today, the COO stood me up, waited online for a zoom meeting he never started. Taking my budget to their competitors, what a joke!

Their customer support is amazing! Since I don't have enough knowledge on SEO strategies, I would call them several times a day, or send them emails, and they would reply immediately with a detailed explanation on the processes that they've been implementing to boost my site. It's amazing!
