I have worked with McKinney Insurance for the last 5 years or so and have been impressed with them at every turn. Their prices are very competitive, their responsiveness is second to none and their ability to help on the fly is superb. Kristin is fantastic at what she does - she legitimately cares about her clients and will work to get the best deals for them and ensure that they are taken care of. Couldn't recommend them higher. Editing because I just did my car insurance through McKinney. Austin is the guy who worked it out for me and he has been so patient and awesome as we worked out a variety of details. Austin has been fantastic! Couldnt recommend McKinney Insurance more!

My experience with McKinny Insurance has been absolutely amazing! It's so great to call an insurance office and get a quote from a real person about Home or auto or whatever I need to know they're on the job! Fantastic, customer service! Austin is the one who is taking care of me. He's phenomenal and he's consistent at following up when I forget to call him back.
