Thomas Sheridan: Allstate Insurance

So far I haven't had any issues with Allstate...I never thought I could get with this insurance company. I was paying over $200 for insurance with Progressive. My parents are with Allstate so he let me speak to his agent. Sorry, can't remember her name but she inputted all my information and told me she could get me full coverage for $125. I immediately said Hell yes, where do I sign and I didn't have to pay anything down. Thomas Sheridan and Allstate have made me one happy customer.

I was an Allstate customer for many years. This agency took over when my previous agent retired. My previous agent used to reach out once a year just to check on things to see if anything had changed. He seemed to really care. Since that time, Mr. Sheridan (does he exist?) has never reached out to me. Basically despite spending terms of thousands of dollars over the years, I just feel like another number to him. Since there's no personalize service, I decided to go with a lower cost provider. If you want so/so service, higher rates, etc. then this is the agency for you. Otherwise consider other alternatives.
